After several days of real team-work in hive’s warehouse in Lisbon, the city that hosted hive’s first e-scooters one year ago, has now been chosen to launch the company’s first dockless electric bikes fleet.

“We are moving in the right direction, and this is another step ahead. We truly believe in a multimodal service that enables users to choose different types of vehicles depending on their needs” explains Tristán.

After one year of successful operations within the e-scooter industry, and nearly 2 million kilometers on e-scooter rides globally - preventing the emission of more than 435 metric tons of CO2, hive makes now available 150 e-bikes in the streets of Lisbon.

The company strengthens its position in Portugal, contributing to make a carbon-neutral city while delivering on the citizens’ demands.

“People are looking for alternative ways of transportation that makes their daily lives easier, healthier, and funnier, and we want to be part of that change,” concludes Tristán.
